Well just the other day we said that we had just received the most strangest sighting report ever and then this incredible report gets sent to us!
Whilst promoting our project on another UFO site we came across a gentleman who had witnessed something similar to the kind of sighting seen in one of our recent website postings about Alien Monsters potentially coming through our atmosphere (Click HERE to read). Location of Sighting: Riverside, CA
Brief Description: Observed a huge, airborne Jellyfish entity with Octopus-type tentacles near Corona, CA.
Full Description: I walked out the backdoor of my home in Corona, CA on November 18th, 2011 which faces east toward the city of Riverside, CA. As I glanced over the top of my garage, about 1.5 miles high, 3 to 6 miles away was a huge jellyfish hovering in the sky. It was an extremely cold early evening, still light outside. No clouds. A clear unobstructed view for almost 10 minutes. Without anything in the air next to it to use as a reference, I estimated it to be overall about 400 x 450 ft. It was translucent with an orange, light blue and pink glow. It had 5 or 6 Octopus type tentacles under it that were wildly and erratically kicking the entire time. It seemed to be necessary for both lift and stability. I do refer to it as a UFO, but it was absolutely a living being. I knew I needed a witness since I had no camera handy. So I literally pulled my neighbor, Lynda V, from her apartment to witness it, and I’m so glad that I did. Because it’s one thing to tell people you’ve seen a flying metal disk. It’s quite another to say you’ve seen a giant, flying Jellyfish. I did report this sighting to Mufon (#36360). As did another person in So Cal who seen something very similar 6 days before. Their mufon.com report is #33552. It was absolutely incredible and phenomenal… and it was very real.
I need to add here that, for some reason, I don’t remember watching it leave. I try, but it’s just blank.
I have found a few videos and pics online. And have found related info under the subjects ‘atmospheric beasts’ and ‘air kraken’. Also by searching using these terms and combinations of these terms… jellyfish ufo, jellyfish ovni, flying jellyfish, biological ufo.
Like I said, I DO have another person who witnessed this. She is no longer my neighbor but I have her contact information. She was pretty shaken up by the event. I, on the other hand, found it to be facinating and I search for more info nearly everyday.
Appearance: Common Jellyfish canopy that was probably 400 feet wide. The canopy area was emitting bright flourecent looking light with blue, orange and pink colored areas seen as well. The ‘torso’ and tentacles were dark grey. They were more Octopus-like including suckers on the tentacles. The torso was long, unlike an Octopus. Also proobably 400-500 ft long.
Size: relative size: 3″ when first seen, 6-7″ when last seen. Actual size: 400′ x 450′
Distance: I’d guess 1.5 miles high and 3 to 6 miles away when first seen. 1500-2000ft high and away when last seen.
Day/Night: Nighttime
Time: 6:40PM to 6:49PM
Surroundings: Urban area. March AFB is approx 11 miles away. The entity was probably half way between both, my home and the AFB. Also near Lake Matthews area. I should also note there are preserved Indian graves close to my home that may have a connection.
Duration: 9.5 minutes
Witnesses: Two
Explanations: No, I studied it well the entire time. I knew what I was seeing was extrordinary, to say the least. For that reason, I made a conscious decision to stay outside and observe it over going to retrieve a camera.
Reported Previously: Many reports, incl: mufon.com #36360. Told many family & friends.
Views: Nothing could prepare anyone for something like this. I come from a “believe nothing of what you hear, and half of what you see” family background. Since November 2011, I’ve seen quite a bit.
Additional Comments: This is actually chapter 3 of a series of sightings that started at the beginning of November 2011. I’ll need to post the rest at another time. But chapter 2 was 2 days before this event and even more phenominal.
