Brief Description: Bright orb at high altitude. Multiple direction changes.
Full Description: approximately 9 pm at night on the 8/1/15. My partner and myself where sitting at the back of my house when a brightening object in the sky caught my attention. It dimmed and brightened a few times after I brought my partners attention to it. The object was moving slowly and small erratic movment but still holding the same location.
It then brightened a last time before moving off in a south westerly direction a high speed. The whole encounter last approximately 3 minutes.
Appearance: Orb shape bright white.
Size: a few millimeters(object was at high altitude.
Distance: In the 80000 feet very high alltitude
Day/Night: Nighttime
Time: 8pm
Surroundings: Urban area
Duration: 3 minutes
Witnesses: 2
Explanations: No the object was to bright and fast to be man made
